All About Me
After graduation in England, I worked as a seismic engineer for Raytheon Corp. I worked in environments as diverse as North Sea oil rigs, the mountains in Switzerland, the South African desert, and the jungles of Borneo. Although I enjoyed this work immensely I came to America to teach in Chicago in 1996. I have taught all the sciences since then and started teaching Project Lead The Way engineering in 2018. I have a BSc in Geophysics from Lancaster University and a MEd in Education from St. Xavier. I love my job-- I love the students we have at Mather and am very excited about what the future holds.
I am married and have four children varying in age from 28 to 8. My passions are following Jesus, building things, travel, soccer.
I teach Introduction to Engineering Design, Principles of Engineering, Digital Engineering and Construction & Architecture
