About Ms. Perez

Hello parents and students! Welcome to the Mather family! I'm looking forward to a great year! I earned a Masters degree in Mathematics from Northeastern Illinois University in 2019. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and going on walks with my dog. I love to travel to new places, experience different cultures and try new foods.

I will be teaching Honors Precalculus and  Advanced Algebra with Trigonometry. I will be available to support you all throughout the year! You can expect me to come to class each day prepared and happy to teach. You can expect me to see you as an individual with both strengths and weaknesses and for me to maintain a classroom that is both relaxed and rigorous. You can expect me to challenge you and myself and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. I trust this will be a class you enjoy and that we will learn and grow each day along the way!
